    I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I REQUEST A NEW ONE?

    No problem! On the login page, simply hit the forgot password button located below the login fields. It will then ask you to enter your email. Enter the email you have previously selected.     As long as you have not yet placed your order, you can remove styles from your shopping bag at any time Delete this style. Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, it is no longer possible to change it.

    As we ship every order as fast as possible, we can not cancel orders that have already been placed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to return your shipment with the enclosed billing receipt. Keep in mind, any item that is returned may not been washed or worn.

    You can get your order delivered to your home or office address. Simply specify where you would like to receive your order when completing the ordering process. However, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order.

    We know you are excited to receive your order so we offer free 3 day shipping! If item(s) are purchased before 12pm MST your item will be shipped same day. Any purchases made after 12pm MST will be shipped the following business day.

    ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING FEES?

    Nope. Notta. None. Free 3-Day Shipping & Free Returns is included with all Aspen and Pine purchases. There is no minimum order amount.

    HOW CAN I RETURN A STYLE TO ASPEN & PINE?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Aspen and Pine within 30 days of your purchase date. We kindly ask you to return your shipment with the enclosed billing receipt. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. The returned package will be free of shipping charges when using our pre paid shipping label.

    Don’t worry about the return fee. Free returns are included with all Aspen and Pine items. Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. Please contact Customer Service to request your pre paid return shipping label.

    DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR THE RETURN?
